🏳️‍🌈 Elefsina is no longer keeping secrets 🏳️‍⚧️

🎉 Cultterra proudly announces the successful completion of “Elefsina is no longer keeping secrets,” the annual queer event aiming to foster a space of acceptance and diversity in the Thriasio region.
For the second year in a row, the team organized this event dedicated to the LGBTQI+ community of the area.

💌 In 2022, the event “Pride and Prejudice” posed the question “Is there an LGBTQI+ community in Thriasio?” and the overwhelming response was a clear “yes,” as shown by its success.

✨This year’s event took place at the X-Bowling Center in Elefsina on December 22, 2023, drawing a diverse crowd from across Thriasio. With the support of various organizations and collectives, the event became a unique and unifying celebration.

💕Attendees enjoyed live performances by Angelos Christakis and Dimitra Henderson, an art exhibition by Asparagus Plumosa, glitter makeup by Marianna Zervogiorgi, and a screening of the short film “Pride Stories” by Fiorinda Cenaj, which sparked thoughtful discussion.
A panel featuring speakers Marianella Kloka and Fofi Tsesmeli enriched the evening, which concluded with an enthusiastic karaoke party.
The result was a night full of joy, solidarity, and mutual respect.

✨Important contributions came from participating organizations. Guests connected with Queer Space Athens, Positive Voice, and had the chance to get tested through Checkpoint.

✨The voice of the LGBTQI+ community in Elefsina was heard loud and clear.
Cultterra is proud to have helped create a "safe space" promoting inclusion, acceptance, and equality.
