From 1–6 June 2026, Fjorida Cenaj, represented CULTTERRA at the International Visitors Programme of the Westwind Festival 2026 – the 42nd Theatre Meeting for Young Audiences NRW, held in Münster, Germany.

Organized by NRW KULTURsekretariat, the programme brought together cultural professionals, artists, curators, festival directors, and researchers from around the world to explore contemporary theatre practices for and with young audiences. Through performances, discussions, workshops, and site visits, participants exchanged experiences on audience engagement, participation, and the role of the arts in community development.

For CULTTERRA, the visit was an important opportunity to connect with international cultural networks, share experiences from community-based work in Elefsina, and explore future collaborations focused on youth participation, cultural decentralization, and participatory arts practices.

The programme reaffirmed the importance of international exchange and strengthened CULTTERRA's commitment to creating accessible cultural opportunities for young people and local communities. As an organization working in a region without dedicated theatre infrastructure, the experience provided valuable inspiration and new perspectives for future projects in Elefsina and beyond.

A special highlight was meeting inspiring people Semih Ali Aksoy, Uyanga Ayurzana, Paula Aros Gho, Han Bao, Kat Borrowdale and Moïse Bruno Esseba Bilibime, alongside many other wonderful artists, cultural workers, and practitioners from the festival.
