About Us
Mission: By mapping community needs, we organize cultural and athletic activities that foster collaboration, engagement, and creativity.
Vision: We dream of an area co-created by all who inhabit or visit it—starting locally and expanding to the whole world.
In 2016, Elefsina became European Capital of Culture (ECoC) for 2023. Cultterra emerged from the youth group that formed under the artistic program, evolving into a key capacity-building initiative. Our challenge: to stay sustainable after ECoC 2023, continuing to generate cultural content and empower local youth.
